Display Cases

You do not have a case at the size I want. Can you make me a special size case?

We do not make one-off custom display cases. We might already have a case that fits. Email us actual dimesions of your model. Do not rely on official sizes.
Are the cases easy to assemble?

Yes, they come with screws and an Allen key.
How do I receive notification about new releases?

All our new releases are posted on our Facebook page: www.facebook.com/puredisplaylego.

Shipping

Do you ship to my country?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Add your items to the shopping cart and then view the cart page. At the bottom is a link for "Global / International Shipping Charges". Use this to calculate shipping costs to your country.
How much is shipping cost?

Shipping cost depends on total weight. In general, the more you order, the better the cost per item becomes.
If I am not in, can the package be left at the door?

No, the courier delivery driver will require a signature. If no one is in, they should leave you a card to contact them to re-deliver or pick-up at depot.

Currency

Can I buy in my own country's currency?

No, the payment method that you choose will determine the exchange rate. So, the exact exchnage rate will be automatically calculated by your credit/debit card company or PayPal.
